Buenaventura Rentals – Property Management & Booking Platform
This project was developed while working at the software development startup Kuarco Digital Labs, where I led the end-to-end implementation of a hospitality platform focused on property management and booking.
Responsibilities & achievements:
•Designed system architecture and database from scratch.
•Integrated Cloudbeds for automatic property synchronization.
•Implemented a dynamic pricing system using Cloudbeds API.
•Built an advanced search engine with multiple filters (amenities, pricing, room type, etc.).
•Developed two administrative panels:
•Admin (Buenaventura): booking management, owners, discount coupons, minimum stay rules, and system configuration.
•Owner panel: interactive calendar, availability blocking, and reservation history tracking.
•Developed a booking-focused landing page.
•Managed full deployment to production.
